The holder of many professional qualifications and memberships, Julian Stokes serves as the Chief Deputy with the Collier County Property Appraiser. Julian Stokes holds a prestigious fellowship with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the leading regulating body for surveyors and real estate professionals in most sovereign countries worldwide. He has also earned status as a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute and MAI membership in the Appraisal Institute. Both qualifications indicate a high level of industry knowledge as well as practical experience in commercial real estate valuation. Appraisal Institute members must also adhere to strict ethical and professional guidelines set forth in writing by the organization. Julian Stokes also holds the CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate, a body that accepts members by invitation only, thus ensuring a high level of achievement and commitment to professionalism among its membership. Julian Stokes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on real estate and economics. Since completing his course of study in 1975, he has remained apprised of industry developments through numerous professional courses and seminars. Moreover, he has earned Florida licenses as a Real Estate Broker and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and maintains membership in the Naples Area Board of Realtors while participating in a variety of community service organizations. |
